Refund within 14 days

Request your refund within 14 days of the first payment for your first paid plan. We refund all payments for that plan in its first 14 days, including added seats and collected taxes, minus the share of the plan you used beyond the Free allowances. Renewals and added seats do not restart the window. What counts is when we receive your request; anything charged after that is refunded in full. We email you a link that shows the exact amount before you confirm. When you confirm, the subscription ends immediately and the money goes back to your original payment method. This applies once per customer. Statutory rights, such as the right of withdrawal, are not affected.

How the deduction works. Free allowances apply in Fast mode, per device and month. For each allowance (documents filed with AI, AI answers, voice inputs), we compare your use beyond Free on all devices of the plan with what the plan adds beyond Free in one month, for Business for all users together. The largest share counts: on a monthly plan we keep that share of the price, on a yearly plan one twelfth of it. Example: if you used half of the extra AI answers in your first month, you get half of the monthly price back. Private mode and keyword search never count.
